Delivery and payment

How we deliver orders, when they ship and how you can pay.

Free delivery

Look for the «Free delivery» label on product cards and in the cart. Rolled metal is delivered by the seller's own truck.

Carriers

Nova Poshta

  • To a branch

    The simplest option: pick up the parcel at a convenient branch with your tracking number or phone.

  • To a parcel locker

    For small parcels. The code to open the locker arrives in the Nova Poshta app.

  • By courier

    A courier brings the parcel to your door and calls before arriving.

Ukrposhta

  • To a branch

    Handy in towns and villages without a Nova Poshta branch.

Seller's truck

  • Rolled metal

    Rebar, pipes and sheets are delivered by the seller's own transport. They'll agree the delivery time with you by phone. You can also pick up from the warehouse yourself.

Several sellers: several parcels

Your cart can hold items from different sellers. You place one order, and each seller ships their part as a separate parcel from their own warehouse.

  • The cart groups items by seller, so you can see right away how many parcels there will be.
  • Each parcel has its own tracking number and status in your account.
  • Parcels may arrive on different days: each seller has their own dispatch time.

When we ship

  • The dispatch time is on the product card: «Ships today», «tomorrow» or a date.
  • We count business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed after 17:00 ship on the next business day.
  • Nova Poshta delivery between cities usually takes 1–3 days.

Tracking

The tracking number (TTN) is the carrier's number for your parcel. It appears in your account as soon as the seller hands the parcel over.

  1. 1Open the order in your account: each parcel shows its tracking number.
  2. 2Check the status in «Tracking» or copy the number into the carrier's app.
  3. 3When the parcel arrives, we'll notify you and remind you of the last day to pick it up.
Track a parcel

Payment

  • Cash on deliveryPay when you receive the parcel at a branch, a locker or from the courier, after inspecting it. Available for all sellers.
  • Card onlineVisa or Mastercard right at checkout. Currently available for products from the official Likel store.
  • Invoice for companiesFor companies and sole proprietors: an invoice with the seller's details, payable within 3 business days. After shipment you get a delivery note.

If your cart has Likel items and items from other sellers, you can pay for Likel items by card and for the rest on delivery.
