    The data controller is the operator of the Polytsia platform. Its details will be added to the final version of the document.

    Phone number, full name, delivery city and branch, order history, conversations with sellers, and technical data: device type, IP address, cookies.

  3. 3.Why

    To place and deliver your order, contact you about it, keep track of returns, protect the service from fraud and improve it.

  4. 4.Who we share it with

    The seller you buy from, the carrier for delivery, the payment service for online payments, and public authorities where the law requires.

  5. 5.How long we keep it

    While you have an account or as long as the law requires, for example for accounting. Then we delete or anonymise the data.

  6. 6.Cookies

    Essential cookies remember your cart, language and theme. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.

  7. 7.Your rights

    You can find out what data we keep, correct it, delete your account or withdraw consent, as the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» provides.

  8. 8.Data protection

    Data is kept on secure servers, and only staff who need it for their work have access.
