By hand, with "Fill in with AI" or by uploading a price list. AI suggests the category.

For each listing: 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, no end date or until a date you pick.

Ship orders
Orders arrive in your account. Create Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta waybills through the API or enter them by hand.
AI takes over the routine
Less typing: a file, a name or a barcode, and the product draft is ready.
Import from any file
Upload a price list, a spreadsheet or a PDF. AI works out the columns, prices and pack sizes and creates product drafts.

One product, one card for every seller
If someone already sells the same product, your offer appears on that same card. Buyers see all offers side by side and pick a seller.

Seller questions
Who can sell on Polytsia?
Sole traders (FOP), companies (TOV) and private persons. Sole traders and companies enter their tax ID or EDRPOU code and we fetch the details from the state register. Private persons fill in their personal details and sell on the Free plan.
How much does it cost?
Free costs 0 UAH a month: up to 10 products and a 5% fee on each sale. Pro costs 199 UAH a month: up to 1,000 products, your own storefront and a 1% fee.
How is the fee charged?
From your seller balance. You top up the balance by card, and the subscription and fees are charged from it. The fee applies to received orders: if the buyer refuses the parcel or returns the item, we do not charge the fee or refund it.
What if my balance goes negative?
We will warn you, and if the balance is not topped up within 48 hours, your products are paused until it is.
How long does a listing stay up?
As long as you choose: 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, no end date or until a date you pick. We remind you 3 days before it ends, and you can extend it in one click.
How do I ship orders?
With Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. Create the waybill right from your account through the API with your own account key, or enter the number by hand. Buyers see the parcel status themselves.

How are products checked?
AI moderation checks every new or edited product. Buyers can also report a product, and a moderator looks at doubtful cases.
