The terms on which buyers purchase goods on Polytsia.

The final version of this document is being reviewed by a lawyer. Below are the structure and a short summary of each section, so you know what it covers.

  1. 1.General provisions

    These terms set out how buyers use the Polytsia marketplace. By placing an order, you agree to them.

  2. 2.Definitions

    The platform is the Polytsia marketplace. A seller is a sole proprietor, company or private individual listing goods. A buyer is a person or company placing an order.

  3. 3.Parties to the contract

    The sales contract is made between the buyer and the seller. The platform provides the service for finding goods, placing orders and contacting the seller.

  4. 4.Placing an order

    An order is accepted once the seller confirms it. If the cart holds items from several sellers, each confirms their part separately.

  5. 5.Price and payment

    Prices are in hryvnias. Payment methods: cash on delivery, card online for products from the official store, invoice for companies.

  6. 6.Delivery

    Goods are delivered by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or the seller's transport. Dispatch times are on the product card, and the terms are on the «Delivery and payment» page.

  7. 7.Returns and exchanges

    Items of proper quality can be returned within 14 days, except as the law provides. The procedure is on the «Returns» page.

  8. 8.Rights and obligations

    The buyer gives accurate delivery details. The seller is responsible for product quality, the description and timely dispatch. The platform makes sure the rules are followed.

  9. 9.Liability

    Third-party sellers are responsible for their goods. The platform discloses seller information to the buyer and helps resolve disputes.

  10. 10.Personal data

    Buyer data is processed under the Privacy policy and only as far as needed to fulfil the order.

  11. 11.Dispute resolution

    Disputes are settled by negotiation through support, and if no agreement is reached, as provided by the law of Ukraine.

  12. 12.Company details

    The platform operator's details will be added to the final version of the document.
